Stacey began her dance journey in 2017 when she was introduced to Cuban Salsa, instantly falling in love with the rhythms and movement. That same year, she joined her first Baila Afrika class and quickly realized she had discovered a passion she wished she had found earlier in life. Stacey immersed herself in salsa, progressing through the levels and absorbing as much knowledge as she could within the vibrant salsa community and Baila Afrika family. By 2019, she had earned a spot on the Baila Afrika teaching team, where she has been sharing her love of salsa ever since. More recently, Stacey has been focusing on ladies’ movement and styling, helping dancers find confidence and grace on the dance floor. With an ever-growing thirst for learning, Stacey is excited to share her experience and joy for dance with others.
