Let’s zone in on the important bits to ensure there are no misunderstandings or surprises along the way:
- Passes Refunds –
- All passes and ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any pass or ticket purchased.
- Passes Transfers –
- All Passes and Tickets are transferable with a 20% admin fee on the original purchase price.
- For a transfer and name change, the initial pass or ticket holder must send an email to akoma@dancespirit.co.za with the details of the pass or ticket, details of the new owner.
- No transfers or name changes will be allowed after the 15th of November 2025.
- Registration–
- A wrist band will be issued to participants who produce a barcoded pass or ticket, an ID, driver’s license or adequate documentation with a picture and personal information on arrival.
- The registration desk will be open from
- 8pm, on Wednesday 26th November 2025
- 8pm, on Thursday 27th November 2025
- 7pm, on Friday 28th November 2025
- 8am, on Saturday 29th November 2025
- 8am, on Sunday 30th November 2025.
- Wrist Bands–
- Tickets and passes will be represented by different coloured wristbands contingent on the type of pass or ticket purchased.
- iADSF staff will be available to assist with the wristbands at the festival registration desk. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival. All participants are expected to adhere to the entry rules.
- If your wristband is lost, damaged or altered in anyway, it will not be replaced. A new pass will have to be purchased at the registration desk.
- iADSF staff has been mandated to check the validity of every participant’s wristband. If a wristband is found to be invalid, said participant(s) will be immediately escorted off the premises or requested to purchase a pass or ticket with a 20% increase.
- Photography and video–
- iADSF will be filming and taking photos of all participants at any point and time during the festival.
- Photos and videos will be used on all communication platforms and promotional materials for promotional purposes.
- On attending the festival, participants consent to the publication of the photos and videos without compensation.
- Artists –
- All advertised instructors and artists have confirmed their appearance to iADSF prior to the publishing of any promotional material.
- iADSF cannot be held responsible in the event of a cancellation by any of the advertised artists.
- We reserve the right to amend and delete any artists from our lineup, this does not however, imply the customer’s right to cancel purchased tickets.
- There will be no refunds.
