Theo Mseka aka TeddyBearSalsa is the Founder of All Out Salsa the producer and promoter of the Mzansi Cape Town Salsa Festival that ran between 2013 and 2016. He also co-founded All Out Dance Foundation that aimed to enable youth self-empowerment through dance in Africa. Teddy is eager to take African dance to greater heights through his work to promote dancers from the continent abroad. He has had a keen interest in latin music as well as dance since 2005 and has been a Latin DJ since 2008, more recently he began using the name DJ MidTempo for his sets. Teddy is excited to be a part of the Akoma Dance Spirit Festival in 2023.
